A free exchange in France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg

Do you want to exchange one or more items for free? Check if these are eligible and follow our procedure.

Warning : you must keep the original packaging of the items as well as the labels attached! You can exchange all qualifying items once, in one return shipment.

Country

Only shipments from / to France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Eligible items

Only the sportswear are eligible free exchange, socks are excluded.

Personalized items (for example by printing a logo) are not eligible.

To be able to be exchanged, items may not have been worn , except for fitting. They cannot have been washed. They cannot smell the scent strongly.

Articles must be in perfect condition, with labels attached if any, and placed in the original packaging.

The exchange of an item that does not meet these requirements may be refused (for hygiene reasons or in view of the condition of the item).

An item is exchanged against an article of the same type (example: we do not accept to exchange a polo shirt for shorts).

How to exchange an item?

Send us a message first to explain why you want to exchange your item, indicate which size / color you wish to receive in exchange.

You have 14 days to exchange the items to us, in one shipment. You can only exchange items once.

Preferably reuse our packaging. You will find the return label in the package.

Stick the return label on the shipping label and send it back to us via the same network (bpost or DPD). Keep the proof of deposit! You don’t have to pay anything.

Haven’t received the return label? Contact us.

If there is a price difference, you will receive the price difference refund or you will be asked to pay the difference by bank transfer before dispatch.

You can only make one exchange per order.
